The Project

Our involvement commenced in 2004 with the Project Management of the Sandhurst Golf Clubhouse and associated facilities. Our role then expanded to include Project and Construction Management:

• ‘Champions’ Golf Course which included the design review and value management of the golf course drainage system which yielded significant cost savings and improved drainage performance

• Completion of the drainage and lake system that resulted in significant cost savings

• Balance of the 1000 lot residential estate including high quality landscape treatments

• Integration of the recycled water system into the South East Water network

• Health and well-being facility which included an indoor pool and associated facilities.

The Result

Working closely with all members of the project team, we are proud to have been involved with the Sandhurst development, one of the premier developments in the South East of Melbourne.
