Verve Projects were actively involved in the project feasibility and master planning of the site from the start. Working closely with our client and the design team, we undertook a value management process with prospective builders that led to a design and construct contract for Stage 1.
The Result
The great result achieved for Stage 1 then rolled into the subsequent Stages of the development. By working closely with all team members, design and construction processes were further refined to achieve good results for our client.
