Our involvement

The New Quay development, our founding project, was facing a challenging design and approvals schedule and contracted Verve Projects to offer dedicated project management services. Our work included managing the many specialist consultants needed to deliver the project, as well as infrastructure and upgrade works. We were fortunate to be involved in what was to become such an iconic Melbourne development.

The result

Verve Projects helped the developer avoid the hold up of hundreds of millions of dollars in contracted sales and successfully deliver the land titles in time for settlement in 2002.
