200 townhouses on the former quarry site in Keilor. Verve were invlolved in pre acquisiton phase, and included the Contract Superintendence of the built form along with delivery of the public realm and infrastructure. The main challenges were the geotechncial conditions on the site which required some innovative design and construction solutions.
