Ray Verratti, Managing Director of Verve Projects has known Nick Baldi of Balcon over 25 years when Balcon worked as a contractor for the Transfield Obayashi JV (TOJV) building the Burnley tunnel. Ray Verratti was a very green Project Engineer for the TOJV and Nick taught him a few things – nothing much has changed!
