How good are these streets in Malvern East. These big, beautiful Oaks lining a 50-foot wide (15.24 metre) road reserve in an early 20th century subdivision (Paxton St). What a great legacy for all of us to enjoy. The Malvern Historical Society provided this photo of Paxton St circa 1910. We have our theories why this all works but would love to verify some of the details here. We can learn a lot from the past to replicate these types of great outcomes for Urban Greening.
